Yesterday I felt sore from the workout I did the day before. But today I did get some exercise done. Losing weight is not about eating the right amount of calories or getting up on the scale. I think it’s about feelings. When I do the right things, I’m having a good feeling and that’s the sign that I’ll lose weight, and that means I’m losing weight everyday. So I don’t really need a scale to tell me if I’m heading in the right direction or not. The scale doesn’t tell me right way how much I’m losing, but when I’m going after how I feel, that’s the instant measurement of how I’m doing, in which direction I’m heading at.
You shouldn’t be too obsessed with eating right all the time and that you must workout. When it comes to workout I think most people think of the “doing” part and how hard and difficult it is. When I don’t feel like working out I’ve begun to think instead how it feels when I’m done, that’s being peppy and happy. If you got tired it means that you’re doing it wrong. Simply start getting more addictive to the good feeling! 🙂
Yay!, Workout is done for today!
