Day 21 of whole 30. I have been lazy to add different vegetables to my plate so it’s mostly shredded carrots all the time. I’m going to add more variety.
Grilled fish is so good! Salt the fish and put it in a grilling basket and start grilling! It’s done after 15-20 minutes. Last night I was extra hungry so I took a couple of banana pancakes and it was so incredibly good so I had to have some for dinner today. I don’t like banana, but the pancakes barely taste banana, only sweet and delicious. 🙂
