I still can’t believe I managed to finish the whole 30! Had I not been blogging every day, I wouldn’t be able to complete it. I experienced very mixed emotions during these 30 days. I slept well. The food taste good even without unhealthy sauces and additives. Did I get more energy from Whole 30 food? I doubt it, the energy probably comes from the weight I lost and not from the actual diet.

Now I’m on the reintroduction phase where I start to introduce dairy products for 3 days and observe how I feel afterward. I had whipped cream to my banana pancakes this morning but I couldn’t finish it. I was satisfied very fast. For lunch, I put cheese in my left over chili from yesterday. And now I’m going to have some ice cream.
