I’m losing weight. Yay! Yup, I’m doing a happy dance. 🙂 I’m so glad this week is over. *Phew!* I was exhausted but I survived. Today I’m feeling better and have plenty of energy. Sometimes I weigh myself in the morning and in the evening to check the status. It helps me to stay focus and taking actions. Scale isn’t longer a negative obsession, but a positive one.
This week weight loss:
Do it like brushing the teeth, “brushing” my muscles 30 minutes everyday with Jillian Michaels’ Fitness Ultimatum.
Plenty of vegetables, some nuts, no fruits, occasionally cookies, too little water intake.
