- Diet starting weight: 156.8 lbs /71.1kg
- Week starting weight: 154.1lbs /69.9
- Today’s weight: 155.2lbs /70.4
- Week weight loss: +1.1lbs /0.5kg
- Total weight lost: 1.6lbs /0.7kg
I’m going to do a quick post today. I’m tired. Last week I went to the gym….2 times. This week I’m going to push myself to be a little bit more active. Yesterday I went out to shop for new clothes and I noticed that I’ve a waistline
but my big belly is still in the way. I’m going to try to dress a little less baggy, maybe that will help me with the motivation. Below is my weight loss graph from 2008 to now. The scale is up this week but looking at the big picture make me feel better.

WOW!! Looking at the chart shows really great progress!
You know Arnold Swarzenagger, in his bodybuilding days, had smaller calf muscles then he wanted. He would go work out at the gym with pants that only went down to his knees, which exposed his calves. This was his motivation

Hmm…on the second thought, that idea may actually work at home. =)
