Weekly Update 04/13/2009 – A New Low

  • Diet starting weight: 156.8 lbs /71.1kg
  • Week starting weight: 157.6lbs /71.5kg
  • Today’s weight: 154.1lbs /69.9kg
  • Week weight loss: 3.5lbs /1.6kg
  • Total weight lost: 2.7lbs /1.2kg

Hit a new low on the scale today, yay! <:-P I turned to my old skinny girl habits and all the PMS gain and the bloating was gone. I had an amazing week. I was on the verge to insanity, not literally but you know what I mean when you can’t win over food (cravings, overeating, obsessions...). Some days I do really good, but most of the time I’m struggling. I’d been trying to figure out how my habits were when I was skinny, but couldn’t come up with any real answers until a few days ago. I’m going to post about that later. Last week I went to the gym...once, so I’ll have to do better this week. It has been warm and sunny outside so it looks like spring has finally arrived, I don’t think there will be anymore snow...I’m going to get a good pair of running shoes and hopefully start with the running soon.
