I totally forgot to write about my week yesterday! Last week wasn’t great, I didn’t do much, but I drank plenty of water. It helped to lessen the pain and cramp from aunt flo. Alright, I’m not going to whine so much, last week is over, I better save my energy for the workout. This week I’m going to start writing my weekly progress like john is fit, to get a better overview of the weight loss and the gain. Lately I’ve noticed that I like to do things in ”all or nothing” manners. I’ve to learn to find the middle ground, be more flexible, mix and match what suits me best and believe in myself.

Motto for this week: Success comes from showing up at the gym!
