Weekly Progress 03/15/2008

I had a terrible week…again, but this time I felt sick. I ate pretty healthy and did one hour of Qi-gong and 55 minutes of exercises from a fitness video. On the emotions side I’m on the roller coaster. I feel strong but sometimes I feel tired of contantly have to struggle. But I can’t give up, then I would be on the struggle side forever.

  • This week weight loss: 0.9lbs (0.4kg)
  • Total weight loss: 3.5lbs (1.6kg)
  • Current weight: 158.5lbs (71.9kg)

    Almost everyone who ever tries to lose weight gets tired of the struggle at some point.

    But it’s important to keep going for health, if you stop doing what you need to to get healthy, the struggle only gets harder. You are totally right about that!
