This was the worst week ever! I had trouble with sleeping for couple of days and blew the whole week with almost no exercise or healthy eating. I slept well last night so I’m heading out for a long walk today. Have a great weekend everyone!

I had to laugh at the “none nutritional”. That describes my past eating to a “T”.
Something that I find helps is to get the non-nutritional junk out of the house and replace with lots of food with good value. It’s especially important to have things that you can eat fast in a pinch if you need to.
