Weekly Progress 02/23/2008

I’m moving my weekly update to today instead of tomorrow.

  • 18 881 walking steps
  • This week weight loss: 2.2 lbs (1kg)
  • Total weight lost: 2.2 lbs (1kg)

Awesome week! I solved my cravings problem and I lost 2.2 lbs! Normally I would have gained more weight. After several years of struggle with overeating, I can’t believe I find the way to curb my cravings! I didn’t do exercises as much as last week because I felt my body needed to rest for a couple of days. I didn’t keep my food journal either, but changing habits will take time.
