Awesome week! I solved my cravings problem and I lost 2.2 lbs! Normally I would have gained more weight. After several years of struggle with overeating, I can’t believe I find the way to curb my cravings! I didn’t do exercises as much as last week because I felt my body needed to rest for a couple of days. I didn’t keep my food journal either, but changing habits will take time.
