My hunger scale is up high this week because I’ve been exercising more but not intense enough to burn all those calories, so the result is the weight gain. Late night eatings is evil too. The good news is that the walking has become much easier. For the upcoming week, I’m ready to add more intense exercises and also I need to turn my focus on food addiction. It’s time for me to start keep food journaling, something that I’ve never done before.

Don’t you just hate that ~X( Finding the balance which will increase the muscle but not cause you to crave all those extra calories can be a bit challenging. I try not to worry about all the ups and downs of my weight, because it does fluctuate.
But the important thing is your doing something…Keep it up, you’ll do great things.
1 pound? Keep in mind that day by day, morning to night, hour by hour, your weight can fluctuate dramatically…
