I went to a coffeehouse on Friday and it was nice, usually I want to hide myself at home. I didn’t expect any weight loss this week but didn’t expect weight gain either. I guess fluctuation happens but I’m happy anyway because I move a whole lot more now. That’s the first habit I want to change. At the beginning of the week I thought I had to take a break from the walking, because I felt tired and needed a rest. I guess that’s the reason why I ate a lot this week. I feel stronger now for upcoming week thanks to Sara for this great tips!
I find that many times we spend too much effort looking for motivation. Take a moment to stretch, walk, do a dance or two and the motivation will follow. It doesn’t have to be overly strenuous…you just want to start moving. Stretching and bending works wonders and after a few weeks of doing just that you’ll feel soooo limber you’ll want to try something more energetic!
Looking for motivation is like looking for the holy grail of weight loss! It doesn’t exist. I’ll add some easy morning yoga routine for next week to prevent energy slumber.
