The best way I’ve found is to set the kitchen timer 1-3 minutes at meal time. I usually prefer 1 minute. I was literally addicted to fast food, but what I did was cutting it down slowly. When I craved for fast food, I waited for a day or two, and then I would go ahead and had some. Sometimes I would cook my own “fast food.” Let’s say I want a hamburger, it’s better to do it yourself than to go and buy one at fast food place, because it’s healthier, less food additives/ chemicals and less addicting too. Make it a goal to cut down from 3x a week to 2x, 1x, do it slowly. You can also eat half of the fast food meal and throw a way half, because those contains too many calories anyway. Cut down soft drinks, and have water with your fast food. Do these little steps and you’ll be able to cut it out completely.
