Weight Change Last Week
+ 1.7 pound / +0.8kg

Activities
6/9- Wii EA Sports Active

YIKES! I was super busy last week and I let the whole thing slip. I ignored workouts and ate a lot and late in the evenings. But I’ll get back in the game this week.

I’ve been completely neglecting other areas of my life as well. I’m in need of a beauty makeover and fresh healthy food! My skin, my hair…one word, DULL!

The financial part is a mess. I let it slip too. But I’m taking control over this and would like to learn more about stocks.

Got to grab a cup of green tea to still my cravings, see ya! =)

Lots of Love,
Hsg

I noticed that although you start a sentence with something a little negative, you end the sentence with something positive and a good attitude…well done!

It helps me to do the same :)

Bobby - I realize I can’t change the past :D Hmm…that just got me thinking, why do I want to change the past but not the future…

Just started back up WITH W.W. I go once a week. Logging all my food, wow I really eat a lot! Exercise I love to do so no problem there. Portion control is what I have a problem with. I also crave fast food at least 3x a week. I need help with the fast food. How do I stop my self from eating it!

Romelia - Portion Control.
The best way I’ve found is to set the kitchen timer 1-3 minutes at meal time. I usually prefer 1 minute. I would eat for 1 minute and then stop eating for 1 minute, and then back to eating 1 minute again. This helps me to eat slowly, less, and still feeling full. If you’re still hungry, wait at least for 20 minutes.

Fast Food.
I was literally addicted to fast food, but what I did was cutting it down slowly. When I craved for fast food, I waited for a day or two, and then I would go ahead and had some. Sometimes I would cook my own “fast food.” Let’s say I want a hamburger, it’s better to do it yourself than to go and buy one at fast food place, because it’s healthier, less food additives/ chemicals and less addicting too. Make it a goal to cut down from 3x a week to 2x, 1x, do it slowly. You can also eat half of the fast food meal and throw a way half, because those contains too many calories anyway. Cut down soft drinks, and have water with your fast food. Do these little steps and you’ll be able to cut it out completely.

Hope this helps :)
