Weight Change Last Week
– 1.1 pounds / -0.50kg

5/12 – throwing Frisbee
5/13 – throwing Frisbee

My goal for this month is to do better than last month, and it’s only two weeks left. Yikes! I’m going to have to push myself harder this week, more workouts. And no more going out to the club or having cappuccino at the coffee shop.

My lunch today, portobello burger with coleslaw, so yummy!

    It’s like climbing a mountain, sometimes you climb faster, sometimes slower…as long as you make it to the top it doesn’t matter how fast! πŸ™‚
