Today’s exercise
I’m very happy that I walked 5 km (3.1 miles) tonight. After a discussion with M’s father about training, we’ve came up with why I think it’s so boring to exercise. It’s important to stimulate the brain with various forms of exercises in order to start making it fun. I’ll try to do more activities like playing tennis, lifting weights, running, bowling, dancing, aerobics, or play golf.
