Today’s dinner – Quorn beef
Today’s dinner was Quorn beef, recipe is taken from a Swedish food magazine Ica buffet.

4 servings
10.5 oz (300g) quorn mince, thawed
0.4 cups breadcrumbs
½ onion, chopped
3 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 egg
1 tabelspoon Japanese soy sauce
2 + 4 tabelspoons sweet chili sauce
1. Mix breadcrumbs with ½ cups of water in a bowl. Let it stand for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the onion, garlic, peanuts, quorn mince, egg, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce to the breadcrumbs mixture.
3. Mix till well-distributed and form 16 small patties.
4. Brush with oil on both side and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side
Serve with sweet chili sauce and salad.

That looks really good! Is the Quorn the frozen meat substitute? I eat the chik’n naked cutlets and add my own seasonings, they are very good. Are those the ones that can be minced? Thank you for sharing the recipe:)
Yes, it ‘s the meat substitute. They are already grounds/minced when I bought them
