Lunch: broccoli and couscous with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh herbs

Dinner: brown rice with sweet potatoes, peas, cilantros and cashews

30 minutes of fitness ultimatum

Mid-meal snack: chamomile tea and Wasa sandwich - only 100 calories!

Finnish my day by making my own facial scrub: olive oil, honey and granulated sugar
