This Is Me On A Crappy Day
I’m not happy I’m not skinny I’m tired I’m tired of being fat I’m tired of working out I’m tired of planning I’m tired of being on the guard I can’t relax I want to do something else that’s fun like start drawing painting or something But I can only focus on one thing at a time if I ever going to achieve this The slowness and going the circle is killing me I’ve seen many bloggers lose 20-50lbs why can’t I do that too Sometimes I do enjoy this journey but what’s the fun when stumbling on the same place?
Ok I feel so much better now. Just need to vent out a bit

Excellent!! You are releasing your frustrations and concerns. I may suggest not comparing oneself with others. We all have different circumstances. The bloggers that have lost weight have done a good job and they should be proud. Unfortunately, there are probably 100 times that amount that haven’t. Maybe they just don’t blog about it?
Also, don’t forget all the good that your site is doing for others! Like I’ve mentioned before, I’m not dieting, but I have been inspired from YOUR words, your thoughts, your courage on a number of occasions, thank you
We all have low periods, hey, we’re human
Just keep going because, although not seen easily at times, you are doing great! In my opinion, there’s no diet that can beat you, no way!
Imagine how boring it would be in life if we could just accomplish our goals with no problem at all? Who would we blog to? Talk to? And give encouragement to? Nah, too boring.
I told you before and I’ll tell you again, you’re beautiful-in many ways. You can do anything you set your mind to, but I know you know that.
Now, get to work and thanks again for reminding me that I need to tackle my mindset on a couple of things I’ve been down about lately.
bobbys last blog post..Things that inspire
Thank you Bobby. I know, I know others have done hard work to achieve where they are right now.
Oh yes, those crappy times. i sure understand where you are coming from. sometimes we just get tired of the journey and want to take a rest. Try and change things up a little. You are doing a great job so keep up the good work. One foot in front of the other will take you to your goals. Even if it is slowly, you will make it. Keep on my friend.

Oh thank you Jason. I WILL make it =)
I was reading some magazine that I found laying around the house, and it said that workers that play solitaire at work are actually more productive at work. Probably cause they feel more refreshed and less stress by taking a little time for themselves. Like always, fitness is a journey, but let’s not forget the side roads along the main path. Maybe you should take up drawing or painting, it might help get you into that right state of mind again.
365 Fit – I’m going to give it a try then =)
Hi,
I found your blog thru Healthy Lifestyle Bloggers. You know, I think you’re stuck in the diet mentality, instead of thinking healthy.
What I mean is, when you think healthy you think – I want to eat a good breakfast because I want to accomplish this or that today. Or you take the dog for a 2 mile walk because you know it makes you feel better and clears your head. Do you see the difference? When you concentrate on a healthy lifestyle because you want to live better, you’ll stop beating yourself up – and the weight will come off by itself. You don’t have to force it.
Let me know if I can help.

Carole, you’re absolutely right. I haven’t shed all the diet mentality thinking yet. Thank you for reminding me this.
It’s always good to write down what you are feeling. It helps in overcoming frustrations. Sometimes people have a hard time losing weight no matter what and how we try. I was in your position a few months ago. Became frustrated and stumbled upon a wonderful site that gave me the courage to try a different method. I receive support and have been taught how to eat differently. That was one of my problems. I was only eating 2 meals a day. Now, I eat small snacks or meals every 3-4 hours and I am losing about 2 pounds per week. I don’t usually recommend sites but I found a genuine concern for people being overweight. http://www.loseweightfromhome.com
I think we all have these frustrations. The key, at least for me, is to really try hard to NOT compare myself to anyone else. My journey is mine and only mine. So what if it is faster or slower than anyone else’s journey? It is my journey and the key is that I am getting healthy for MYSELF!

KK (Running Through Life) – That’s is something I’m going to practice everyday. You’re right, I cannot compare my life to anyone else.
Great post. I am so glad to see someone else with the exact same feelings that I have on certain days. It works wonders to get it out, doesn’t it?? We’re going to do this!
