Think like a thin person

I’ve to stop thinking like a fat person who wants to lose weight (or afraid of not losing weight). I’ve been thinking about how I would act if I was a thin. I would probably eat healthy and workout and would be afraid of gaining weight. You see the difference? Thin people are afraid of getting fat but fat people are afraid of not losing weight. It’s a different fear (of course not everyone is like that).
So if I’m a thin person, I would prefer healthy stuff and eat less of fatty food. It’s just that easy. But as a fat person wanting to lose weight all my focus are about food and exercises. It’s a big resistance.
What do you think you would act or do as a thin person?
