I ate alot last week, and went crazy over McD’s french fries and apple pie! The food monster showed up during Tuesday evening, otherwise the week has been great. I even walked/jogged in bad weather. Small changes in habits make a difference! The body continues to burn fat even after the workout! Reward for next week will be an eye cream.
