I’m back to normal routine again, so nice! The only exercise I got this week was Wii Fit because I didn’t feel like doing any fitness dvd. What I’ve been doing for the last couple of days was learning how to count calories and eating lots of fruits! What a different it makes to my body! I eat at least an apple a day now. My weight is dropping like crazy and I hit a new low on the scale too. I think it may be all the water my body holds. I’m going to the bathroom frequently now. I really had a sluggish metabolism system but by distributing the calories throughout the day and no more than 300 calories per meal my body seems to love it. I know nutritions are a crucial part of weight loss but it didn’t really open my eyes until now. This is really why I should take a notice of how my body feels. As you know I bought a new scale so my weight loss graph is a little bit off (but accurate from now on). Anyway, I don’t think I’m losing any muscle, because I eat the calories I need to have. By the way, I add twitter to my blog so you can now follow me.

    Sounds like it is going great. I generally do the same and eat tons of fruits and veggies throughout the day and never have big meals. I am never humgry b/c I continously eat.

    Yeah, great that it works for you. Every time I try something like that, my body think I´m gonna starve it. I´m constantly hungry and in a bad mood.

    I’ve been doing the smaller meals and more of them thing for a while now, eating five, sometimes even six meals a day. I like it too, it seems like it helps keep me from being too hungry and I eat real food and enjoy it.

    My meals are closer to 400 calories, but then I’m larger. I need that or my metabolism slows. I try and eat veggies or fruit with every meal, but also lean protein and healthy fats.

    Veggies and fruit have a lot of water… I’m wondering if that is what is also helping with your weight loss? I do know what you mean about hitting the bathroom more frequently!

    Waw, what a result! I’m very happy for you, I’m losing weight too :D and I feel great.
    I’d love to have the Wii Fit too, I saw the commercial at the tv, maybe I’ll buy it soon :P .
    I’m glad that you liked my Italian tomato sauce, you can use it when you want because it’s really healthy and easy to cook.
