I’ve been planning to play tennis but the last couple of days I slept a lot! Today I was craving for a pear, wowy! That has never happened before. My weight is still going down, been eating candies and drinking green tea instead of a complete meal (late at evenings/nights).
I ordered real Chinese green/oolong teas over the internet, and that taste so much better than the regular tea. Something I’ve noticed is that they take away cravings and hunger. If I drink it before lunch and have one cracker, sometimes I’m not even hungry for lunch. Don’t misunderstand I do eat lunch. I’ve always thought that green tea is yucky, taste bitter and smell green. The one I like so much is oolong tea called green Buddha, it’s very mild, fresh, aromatic with a hint of flowers/greens.
