Stop playing the blame game on food

I realize it isn’t the food that makes me fat, but the stress does! Stress causes me to overeat and binge in the first place. I didn’t realize this earlier because I don’t live a stressful life. You know that type of stress where you need to hurry and finish a lot of things at once? Exercise and new eating habits can also cause stress to the body. So I don’t fight with food anymore. Trying to replace unhealthy choice doesn’t work because I’ll still be craving that junk food. If it’s junk food I want I’ll have some bite to satisfied my taste buds and then some apple (or other healthy alternatives) afterwards to get satiated. Trying to fight with food to avoid temptation is useless. It’s important to nourish every part of the body, my brain often wants snacks and junk food and my body need something fresh and healthy. So I believe it’s important to have both, but of course less junk and more of healthy stuff. Now I’m eating all the time!
“Food is my friend. With every healthy meal I have an opportunity to make myself fit, healthy, and satisfied. ”- from The fat-fighter diet book.

Hello there.
It’s quite amazing to find a blog that basically could be mine if not for a few details. I started getting skinny this May – from 75kg. I’m one of the curvy girls so it didn’t really showed that much – everything basically went to my boobs.
But I wanted a nice, skinny legs and here I am at 68 kg now. Doing pilates and snacking on carrots. My goal is between 55 and 50, depending on how my legs will look like. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you and you can expect me to visit your blog from now on. Keep up the good work!
Ps. You have lovely hair. I wish mine would behave and look like that. They are a big, curly mess right now.
