This week I lost 2.6 pounds (1,2kg) and I didn’t have any trouble with the binging, what a relief! Exercise is not on my list because I think it’s not necessary yet, it would become too much of a distraction for me and I don’t want to go down the same route as before.
First and foremost my plan is to be able to handle the binge eating issue, the second is to lose major weight so my body is better prepared to handle the workload from the exercise. I may want to take a walk or do some easy exercise just because I feel like it, not because I must.
As for now it’s not much more to do than wait and be patient with this process. No huffing and puffing with exercises or tracking and planning the food.
