I’ve started a food journal; I figure it would be a good idea to monitor how many calories I eat per day. It’s just estimation. Also, I’d joined a site where I can follow a menu plan based on my caloric intake. On certain days when I don’t know what I would like to eat, I usually end up eating out or eating fast food. That’s why I need a menu plan to fall back on.
I was planning to take a walk after dinner but after some grocery shopping and other stuff, I didn’t make it. Perhaps tomorrow 🙂
