Slightly off track

I’m slightly off track but I’m ok with it. I had 299 daily calorie deficit but the change doesn’t show up yet.  It was a sedentary week with too much pizza and ice cream . I start off this week by walking even though I don’t feel motivated at all since it’s freezing cold -10°C (14 F°).  But once outside I always feel better.

    It was 14F or thereabouts around here this past week, trust me, I wasn’t walking. My hill was a sheet of ice. I did do a walking DVD inside though. Boring, but it was exercise.

    Being cold takes me down… I want to eat more, especially carbs. It’s up above freezing today and I am so happy! I stayed busy all day with one thing or another.

    At any rate, you’ve kept a deficit and that’s great and I’m sure a change will show up!
