I’ve put away the scale and stopped weighing myself because it’s not a good way of measuring my success. My fear has been that I’ll gain weight if I didn’t weigh myself regularly. I’ve come to term that it’s time to let go and start living in a state of flow.
The reason why it’s such a struggle to lose weight is because of internal conflicts such as “I want to eat that cake, but I know it’s not healthy” or “I want to exercise, but I don’t really feel like it”. I need to re-connect with what I really DO want and live in the now and stop procrastinating.
I’m making a lifestyle-makeover by massively purging my possessions to regain clarity and refocusing on total well-being.
