Restarting the Bodybugg program

I’ve to restart  my goal because I want my weigh in to be on Mondays. My first milestone is to lose 12 lbs by Sunday March 13 – that’s 1 lb (about 0,5kg) per week. My weight is up because of hormonal changes but looking at the weight chart I’m still on target 🙂
