I’m tired of workout today so I waited until half past eight to do the stair exercise. It went much better today, but my legs felt like jelly. It’s only one more time and then I’m done with it.

Oatmeal with soy milk and apple sauce
Left-over quorn beef from yesterday
Instant noodle soup and mango
Tiny portion of roast beef with potatoes salad
1/2 pizza
Coca-cola
1/2 package Thai rice curls
Fried chicken with ginger
Some shrimps
Green tea
I ate a whole lot today. My partner bought home pizza, coca-cola,and rice curls so I couldn’t help myself

Today I did these exercises; dumbbell flyes, hip extensions, kneeling superman, kneeling push ups, and one leg raise with name spelling.
Kneeling superman exercise

Today’s dinner was Quorn beef, recipe is taken from a Swedish food magazine Ica buffet.

4 servings
10.5 oz (300g) quorn mince, thawed
0.4 cups breadcrumbs
½ onion, chopped
3 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 egg
1 tabelspoon Japanese soy sauce
2 + 4 tabelspoons sweet chili sauce
1. Mix breadcrumbs with ½ cups of water in a bowl. Let it stand for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the onion, garlic, peanuts, quorn mince, egg, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce to the breadcrumbs mixture.
3. Mix till well-distributed and form 16 small patties.
4. Brush with oil on both side and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side
Serve with sweet chili sauce and salad.
I did 15 minutes of stair exercise today. Oh MY! I was sweating and my heart was beating so fast. So now I don’t want to use the stair for the rest of the night.

I had expected –0.7 pounds (0,3kg) or something since I ate too much during the weekend, but this is going better than I expect. I can’t wait for the day I can go to a clothing store without having to use the changing room. Plus, having a lot of energy of course.

Triceps exercise

It’s the first weekend that I don’t have to do anything, no errand to run, wonderful! Maybe I’ll rearrange the furniture in my home today, but that’s all. Tomorrow is mother day here in Sweden, I’m going to grill chicken satay with peanut sauce and chicken wings for Mom. Just come to think about it, I need to check if it’s grilling weather tomorrow!
Oatmeal has become my favorite breakfast again ♥

This is what you need:
For 4 servings:
1 can black beans (15 ounce)
1 can crushed tomatoes (15 ounce)
2 cups frozen corn kernels
2 scallions
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon cumin
Chili peppers (optional)
Tortilla bread
Grated cheese
Salsa
Sourcream
Mix black beans, tomatoes, corns, scallions, cumin, oregano, and chili peppers in a bowl. Put the mixture on tortillas. Then add the cheese on top on each layer. Put it in the oven, 400°F (=200°C) for 12-15 minutes. Top with salsa and sour cream and enjoy!
