Finally, I’m feeling better today so I did some yoga on Wii. I don’t have any balances at all. The cat just sat there watching, usually he would do the warrior pose with me ^^

Last week was horrible I haven’t been feeling this sick for a long time. I haven’t been eating well lately too, and there were no sign of veggies or fruits present on my plate either. For the past couple of days I’ve been living on rice soups and got my vitamin boost from fruit juices from the Naked Juice Bar. Today I’m feeling so much better. From now on I’m going to add more veggies, fruits and exercise to my daily routines.

Last week wasn’t much of a struggle. I eat what I wanted and managed to lose 1.8 pounds (0,8kg). On Saturday M and I were trying to make deep-fried ice cream, the result was ok but it took 3 hours, so next time we’ll have fried pineapple with ice cream instead. ^^

I find that losing between 1 pound to 1.8 pounds (0,5-0,8kg) is ideal, losing more than that will most likely creep up again.

I had just finished my lunch, tortilla with ham and mozzarella cheese, and galia melon. So simple and super yummy.

Broil until tortillas are brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Finish!

Have you noticed how you are drawn to a certain person? Some of the actors/actresses are not that beautiful. What qualities make them so attractive? The two most important factors are smiles and wellbeing. We become more attractive when we are feeling great.

Here are my tips on how to find your gorgeous you.

Don’t compete with others. First, stop comparing yourself to other people. Not with your friends, family members, bloggers, or celebrities! Find your own unique qualities and draw from it. Take a photo of yourself and look for things you like in that person. What are your strength and qualities? It’ll not be easy the first few times but work on it and eventually you’ll come up with more and more answers.

Smile. Smiling means you’re open and it makes people feel comfortable around you. It means you’re happy with yourself and with other as well.

Take care of yourself both inside and outside. Eat well and workout regularly. You’re sending the signals that you’re healthy and can take care of yourself as well as take care of others.

Stop complaining. Jealousy and bitterness doesn’t do any good for anyone. Are you jealous of beautiful women and men? Do you hate Paris, Britney or Trump? Stop talking shit about them. You should look at the positive qualities and learn something from them instead. Bitterness is not attractive and it will show up in your face. You’re sending signals that you’re not happy with anything.

Remember, everyone like different things, short, long, small breasts, big boobs, huge thighs, skinny, curvy body…etc. Just be happy with yourself and make sure you’re feeling great.

Robert Pattinson’s new movie is coming out on March 12th (depending on where you live). Remember me is a romantic drama love story about two people coming from different backgrounds, both families have suffered recent tragedies. It looks interesting and I think it’ll be deep. You might recognize Emilie de Ravin (from Lost) is also in the movie. ^^

M. (my bf) is very good at baking so I’d been munching on muffins, cupcakes, and meringue cake during the Valentine’s Day week. The good news is I’m not gaining. The progress has been up and down for a while but I hope I’ll reach a new low at the end of this month.

It was my mom’s birthday last week. She cooked super delicious Thai noodle soup for us and M. baked a meringue cake. It was so delicious! I gained almost 2 pounds (1kg)!
I cannot quite handle eating at social gatherings yet but I’m getting there.
