It’s wonderful weather outside today. I did 18 minutes of yoga and then some easy jogging/walking for about 1.2 miles (2km). Wohoo!
Last year this time around I couldn’t even jog because I weighed too much.

I decided not to workout today because it starts to feel like a boring routine. It’s important to know the different between laziness and a boring routine, otherwise it’s easy to lose the motivation if you just keep going
I’m not going to do anything but relax today, eating ice cream, watching a movie and Lost.
How does your workspace look like at home? Mine is always plain looking. I’ve to learn how to decorate.
My old workspace looks like this. I’ve rearranged the furniture now but it doesn’t look any better.

I wanted to go out for a long walk in the evening, but I had to cut it short and turn back home because I was so thirsty for a glass of water. Then it was tea time.

Yesterday I felt sore from the workout I did the day before. But today I did get some exercise done. Losing weight is not about eating the right amount of calories or getting up on the scale. I think it’s about feelings. When I do the right things, I’m having a good feeling and that’s the sign that I’ll lose weight, and that means I’m losing weight everyday. So I don’t really need a scale to tell me if I’m heading in the right direction or not. The scale doesn’t tell me right way how much I’m losing, but when I’m going after how I feel, that’s the instant measurement of how I’m doing, in which direction I’m heading at.
You shouldn’t be too obsessed with eating right all the time and that you must workout. When it comes to workout I think most people think of the “doing” part and how hard and difficult it is. When I don’t feel like working out I’ve begun to think instead how it feels when I’m done, that’s being peppy and happy. If you got tired it means that you’re doing it wrong. Simply start getting more addictive to the good feeling!

My body was kind of sore from the long walk yesterday, but I decided to work out anyway. Just finish doing biggest loser on Wii and I’m more awake and warmer. Earlier I was tired and frozen. Sitting here and munching on pineapple, then it’s bedtime soon

God morning! I woke up very early today. The evening walk and juice-smoothie from yesterday is making me feeling much more alert. I’m going to put in some more exercises this week. Let’s see if I can get pass 145.3lbs/65,9kg this time.
My to-do list for this week:
-order contact lens (want to try out the gray color – gorgeous color)
-make a haircut appointment
-bank errand
-apply for college

I haven’t been exercising for a while. I was too tired. I know it’s an excuse. Who am I kidding? If I don’t do it today, then I’ll certainly not do it tomorrow either. I’m tired today too, but at least I did some yoga. I just came home from the evening walk, sitting here and drinking juice-smoothie. Very delicious!
