Just came home from a very refreshing walk. The progress looks very good right now, let’s see what the result will be at my next weigh-in on Monday. I’m aiming for one pound (0,5kg) loss a week, more than that I need to back off and slow down the process a little bit and take it easy. My past mistake was to pushing it every day trying to lose as much as I can in one week, but I got tired and it backfired. So for the rest of this week I’m going to take it easy and relax.
