My Third Day

I went to bed late and hungry yesterday so I woke up this morning with a headache. Maybe it was a withdrawal symptom from all the carbs I used to eat late at night. So my mood lifting food today were noodle soup, ice cream and a small McD’s French fries. I didn’t eat much and it did help me to feel better. I do really medicate myself with food! In this case it would probably be better if I took a pill for the headache.




Now that I see the pictures, it’s one too many mid meals.

    When I did the 4-day Jumpstart with the Flat Belly Diet, I had bad headaches almost every day and I know it was just the cleansing process of eating really clean with no junk. But once I balanced out, I felt SOOOOO much better. I know you will, too.

    And girl, McD fries????? Just open up your veins and inject the transfats, why doncha??? 😉 Better midday snacks would be 1/4 cup of raw nuts and some fresh fruit. Make up some snack size bags ahead of time, so you can always have something like that with you. You can even add a couple of small squares of dark chocolate.

    MamaBearJune – Thanks for the input. Rather than feeling not good today, I feel like I’m on the healing process.

    That was a very descriptive image , lol. I admit, I wasn’t prepare.
