Monday – new week, new Start

I’m planning exercise for the week. A blog friend suggests that you should reward yourself when you reach mini goals for the week. I have never found a good way to reward myself but will give this a try.

Starting weight: 65.3 kg (144 lbs)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 20 minutes workout

Reward – Egyptian magic. I just got this cream from Ebay so I’ll use it as pre-reward. 😉

    It’s funny how getting even a small workout in makes a difference. And getting something you want because you did it is even better! Shopping being so much fun and all!

    I’ve been looking on my leaf raking chores in a whole different light lately, because anytime I’m out doing yard clean-up stuff for more than an hour, I count it as an official exercise session.
