So far this year I’ve lost 0.8kg/1.8lbs. I’m seeing a new low, 70.3kg/155lbs! =) I’ve come so far in term of internal struggle and trying to feel happy about my life. Last year I started out really frustrated and without any directions.

Today, I’m happier and don’t struggle to lose weight as much as I used to. I’ve learned to be less obsessed with food. If I did follow a diet, that would be an impossible mission. I handle the cravings quite well but still need to be better at eating food in moderations. I’ve learned to enjoy life, doing things I want to do TODAY. No more putting things off.

This week I didn’t exercise much because I wasn’t feeling well. But it’s alright because 80% of result will come from healthy eating and eating in moderations – for now. If I eat crappy most of the time, no matter how much I exercise I’ll not lose weight.

Weight loss is about achieving balances in your life by making wise choices and small changes. It’s not about will power or disciplines which I used to believe. I know I’ve said some of the things before but it doesn’t hurt to hear it again, right? =)

Well said! I’m also much more patient this year than last! It’s about the doing, more than the result.

Congrats on the new low on the scale!
