Analyzing last week:

My daily average number of steps is 2404. 10 000 steps is recommended!


My daily average activity is 19 minutes. I need to increase it to at least 30 minutes.


The chart  shows only 6 days because I restarted the program on Monday. In the bodybugg web application,  the bar chart changes to yellow when hover over .

    Don’t stress it though… work up to it as you can. I’m nowhere near 10,000 steps, in fact, even trying to do the 5000 step goal I’d set was a struggle. I’ve since customized it to 4000 steps and 20 minutes of activity and I’m starting to meet those goals.

    I decided that for me, as the 5000 step goal was making my feet/ankles sore, it was better to downsize and be happy with what I can do. You know what they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

    I really like being able to do the 7 day analysis though. Really tells you where you are improving or not.

    You’re right. 4000 steps and 20 minutes of activity sounds perfectly right for me too.

    Activity is where I need to improve the most. I find that eating less calories than recommended is bad.
