Last week was tough but it wasn’t all that bad. I lifted some weights, walked, and did a few days of Jillian’s Fitness Ultimatum. I’m feeling less bloated and I think my face is getting less puffy too, despite all the positive things that are happening I haven’t learn to trust my body yet. I took a sneak peak at the scale and saw some good numbers :D What did I expect of myself, going from weighing everyday to only once a month? I can’t break this bad scale habit overnight. Some other good thing that I’ve noticed is when I overate yesterday, I felt very uncomfortable. I think listening to my stomach is finally paying off.

Two weeks are up and it’s time to switch from Jillian’s Fitness Ultimatum to 30 minutes on exercise bike.

This week’s goals are:
30 minutes on exercise bike (Monday-Friday)
Stop eating after 8pm
Weight lifting:
Monday – Arms and stomach
Tuesday – Shoulders
Wednesday – Back
Thursday – Chest and stomach
Friday – Legs
