Wow, it’s Friday already. I feel like I haven’t been doing anything to lose weight. What the hell have I been doing the whole week? But I’ve promised myself not to get stressed over it. Hopefully, I’ll do better next week or you can kick my butt 🙂 So far, I’ve been good at drinking water and I’ve walked for 45 minutes today. Yay! I’m going to get myself a pedometer so I can track how many steps I take each week. It’s the best way to lose weight naturally and doesn’t cost much.
