I was feeling guilty yesterday for not having exercised for a whole week. It’s difficult to feel relaxed because I’ve been yo-yo dieting for so long, almost for 6 years. I feel better today after doing Pump It Up Dance Workout. Have you heard of making exercise fun to lose weight? I thought it was impossible, until I tried Pump It Up. At first it was a little awkward and cheesy but then it got real fun. :D The music was lound enought to get my groove on and almost forgot that I was exercising. Love the simple routines.
