Energy Drain
Another week is gone. My week had been so-so, some good days and some bad days. I kind of end up eating dinner very late this week. Also, I feel energy drain! From being too high last week and below zero this week, it makes me…..cranky!

I’ve cluttered surroundings, unclean house, and eat unhealthy food. It’s a mess! I’m not perfectionistic, but I can’t stand cluttered surroundings.

Sunday – Vicky Weight Off workout (1h)
Monday – Jillians Cardio X workout (30min)
Tuesday – Jillians Cardio X workout (30min)
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Natalies Then and Now workout (1h)
Saturday – Jillians Cardio X workout (30min)

My week has been ok really. I have accomplished most of the things I needed to do. Funny you mentioned about energy. At this very moment I am trying to get the umph to go on the treadmill.

I rode the stationary bike and then did my usual crunches and then stretching.
