Eating smarter
I quit eating instant noodles for breakfast and picked something smarter today. This breakfast, with roughly the same number of calories as instant noodles, makes me feeling satiated for 5 hours compared with barely 3 hours on the noodle.
Cheese sandwich, sour milk with corn flakes, orange, and boiled egg white.
