Last week I didn’t struggle much with binge eating. I’m feeling very peaceful! As the results, I dropped 4 lbs and hitting a new low on the scale too.

Got to go and prepare lunch for tomorrow :)

    I’m Trying to keep myself motivated too for my plan to burn the flab abs in 2 months. I’m trying to lose 3 pounds in 10 days (not a lot I know, but I think it’s better to lose weight naturally). Nice blog. Trying to loss weight for women after pregnancy like me is kinda tough but I think it’s not impossible.
