Don’t worry be happy

Since I started getting more active I’ve been feeling great, but my appetite is also increasing. Don’t worry, be happy. The extra weight will be gone when the body is ready and when it’s time. It’s best to start workout my biceps so I can lift some furniture and boxes. :)

    I’m going through something similar myself, noticing my appetite is increasing with more exercise. Great post! Oh, and just wanted to say that your weighloss blog is truly inspiring and I like how it sets realistic standads, not ones skewed by an eating disorder. Is there a way to “follow” your blog?? I didn’t see any follow button. Oh, and do you speak svenska? Though I’ve lived overseas all my life swedish is one of my mothertongues. Hoppas du också pratar svenska :)

    The great news about feeling an increase in your appetite from increased activity is your metabolism is probably starting to increase. That means you’re buring more calories at rest. Yeah!! Add strength training to keep your metabolism fired for life.
