		<description>I try to eat 5 or 6 meals a day.  However, I could not really do it.  I eat generally 3 meals a day plus snacks in between.  I find eating a light meal 3 times a day worked okay for me since eating 6 times a day made me full.  I may try again to go to 5 or 6 meals a day.  I may just need to lighten up the meals.</description>

		<description>It is interesting how caloric intake and metabolism affect each other isn&#039;t it?  I have a pretty high metabolism, and if I don&#039;t enough, I actually start gaining weight.  Thanks for the great link to the calculator!</description>

I used to set an alarm on my watch to remind me to eat 5-6 times a day. It took about a month until I did not need the alarm anymore - now it is second nature.

I eat around 5 meals a day, occasionally 6... but almost always go a little heavier on calories for the first two meals. I then try to eat a little lighter for dinner. My meals run 450-350 calories though, as I am heavier. It&#039;s a lot of food!

Getting used to that was hard at first, but now I am often hungry for my next meal.</description>
