These are some of my favorite breakfasts. What do you think? I don’t think I can go any healthier than this without giving up the taste. Of course there are always celery sticks, but they’re for rabbits…and bananas are for monkeys =) I’m a bit curious about what you guys eat for breakfast, any tips?
Oats, flaxseed, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, rice milk
Whole grain toast, fried egg, grapefruit, herbal tea
Tortilla, scrambled egg, black beans, salsa, cheese, cilantro
Oats, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, cinnamon,
egg whites, maple syrup, fresh berries
