Daily exercise
I wanted to make exercise a part of my daily routine, so when I went to the dentist yesterday I took the stairs instead of the elevator to the 4th floor. I was dying out of exhaustion but it’s great exercise! The receptionist lady looked at me strangely because I was out of breath. ^^
I walked to town today to get a new haircut. Then I ate too much at lunch buffet so I decided to walk back home too. It added up to 11 740 steps, 7,9km/4.9miles, 313 calories, 1 hour and 45 minutes. Slept like a baby when I got home. ^ ^
