Warm up: Jump Rope 1 x 2 min

Side lunge: 2 x 8 reps per leg
Bench dips: 2 x 6-12 reps
Side plank: 2 x 15-30 sec
Resistance band: Shoulder Press: 2 x 8-12 reps
