I feel like I’m starting to get sick so today is a rest day for me.

Warm up: Jump rope 1 x 2 min

Lunge: 2 x 8-12 reps
T-Pushup: 2 x 8-12 reps
Leg raise: 2 x 8-12 reps
Resistance band: Shoulder press: 2 x 8-12 reps
