Last week was tough, but now it’s getting a little bit easier to get started. I had a busy morning but I did the workout while the pasta was cooking. πŸ™‚

Warm ups: Jump rope 1 x 2 min

Pelvic lift: 2 x 8-12 reps
Asymmetric push ups: 2 x 8-12 reps
Back raise: 2 x 10-15 reps
Resistance band: Frontal raise: 2 x 8-12 reps
